Does it require assembly?
Most products require minimal assembly. We provide detailed assembly instructions and the necessary tools. Typically, you only need to attach the legs or connect the modules.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items: Shipped within 2-5 business days after order; delivery takes 12-15 business days after dispatch (total approx. 14-20 business days)
Pre-order items: 1-4 weeks restocking + 12-15 business days delivery
Custom / made-to-order items: Shipped within 5-8 business days after order (standard 2-5 days + 3 business days for customisation); delivery takes 12-15 business days after dispatch (total approx. 17-23 business days)

Our products are shipped cross-border directly from our fulfilment centre.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Europe, including the United Kingdom.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order every step of the way.
Does delivery require a signature?
Yes, all parcels require a signature. If no one is available, the courier will leave a notification.
Returns & Warranty
What is the return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse and a 20% restocking fee.
Special offer: Provide a complete unboxing video showing the item's condition upon arrival, and we will waive the restocking fee entirely!

How long is the warranty?
5-year structural warranty: Frame, base, support structure
1-year fabric warranty: Fabric, leather, stitching

How do I file a warranty claim?
Contact our customer service team with your order number, photos, and video of the issue. Our technical team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
