How long does delivery take?

In-stock items: Shipped within 2-5 business days after order

Pre-order items: 1-4 weeks restocking + delivery

Can I track my order?

Does delivery require a signature?

Yes, all parcels require a signature. If no one is available, the courier will leave a notification.

Returns & Warranty

What is the return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping to our UK warehouse and a 20% restocking fee.

Special offer: Provide a complete unboxing video showing the item's condition upon arrival, and we will waive the restocking fee entirely!

How long is the warranty?

5-year structural warranty: Frame, base, support structure

1-year fabric warranty: Fabric, leather, stitching

How do I file a warranty claim?

Contact our customer service team with your order number, photos, and video of the issue. Our technical team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
