60-Day Return Policy

At FurniFun, we want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a 60-day return policy for all UK customers.

We are able to offer such a generous return window because we are confident you will love the craftsmanship and comfort of our products.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the item
  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or staining
  • All original accessories and tags must be intact
  • Return packaging must be secure to prevent transit damage

Return Costs

  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping to our UK warehouse
  • Restocking fee: A 20% restocking fee applies

Restocking Fee Waiver - Unboxing Video Policy

If you can provide a complete, continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the item's condition upon arrival, we will waive the restocking fee entirely!

This ensures transparency and protects both you and us.

Video requirements: Start from opening the box, record continuously until fully assembled, showing the item's condition.

Return Process

  1. Contact us: Provide your order number and reason for return
  2. Review: We will review your return request within 1-2 business days
  3. Confirmation: Once approved, we send a return label and instructions
  4. Ship back: Return the item within 14 days
  5. Inspection: After receiving and inspecting the item, we process the refund within 3-5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items past the 60-day return window
  • Items with signs of use, damage, staining, or odour
  • Items missing original accessories or packaging
  • Custom/bespoke items (special orders)
  • Items damaged due to improper packaging when returned
