As a DTC premium furniture brand, we offer industry-leading warranty coverage:
- 5-year structural warranty - Frame, base, support structure
- 1-year fabric warranty - Fabric, leather, stitching
Warranty Coverage
Included (under warranty)
- Frame: Cracking, breaking, warping, or structural failure
- Base: Base structural damage or loosening
- Support structure: Springs, support straps, or filler failure
- Fabric: Seam splitting (not from normal use)
- Hardware: Feet, legs, hinges, or other hardware damage
- Filler: Sagging exceeding 2cm
Not Included (outside warranty)
- Normal wear: Natural ageing over time
- Colour change: Natural colour variation or fading of fabric (sun exposure)
- Improper use: Damage from jumping, heavy pressure, pet scratching, etc.
- Accidental damage: Damage from accidents
- Unauthorised repairs: DIY repairs or modifications
- Commercial use: Used for commercial or rental purposes
Warranty Service Process
- Contact us: Provide order number, photos, and video of the issue
- Technical review: Our technical team will review within 2-3 business days
- Solution: If covered under warranty, we provide free repair or replacement
- Service execution: We cover all associated costs
