We ship from our UK warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days after confirmation. Delivery takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.

Pre-Order Items

Our best-selling items frequently sell out. Pre-order now and once restocked (typically 5-7 weeks), we will ship directly to your address.

Made-to-Order Items

Crafted exclusively for you. Each piece requires an 8-10 week production cycle, including hand-finishing and quality control. Once complete, the item is sent to our warehouse for final processing before dispatch.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver across mainland United Kingdom.

Remote areas: Please allow additional delivery time for addresses outside major metropolitan areas. If your address requires extended delivery time, our team will contact you.
